Ghosts by Ray van Halen

Ghosts by Ray van Halen

I’m a self-taught photographer living in The Netherlands.
My interest in photography is mostly mysterious and surreal, so you will always find that back in my art.

I’ve always been interested in the paranormal, creating these photo series was an interesting and exciting moment for me. The art is inspired by ghost stories and by books about Victorian ghostly encounters, with a twist of my own imagination. Ray tells ShutYourAperture.
