Ilias started experimenting with photography in 2011, shooting the everyday moments of his family, from there his photographic journey started. The types of photography he has been involved are infrared photos, landscape, macro but his favorite kinds are long exposure photography & photo manipulation.
Ilias Tabakis has been awarded two times in the biggest photography competition of the world (Sony Photography Awards). The first time he recived the second place in Greece in 2015 and the second time in 2016 one of his photos was chosen in the enchanted category in the best fifty images of the world.
