How to Get There
Forsyth Park is at the south end of the Historic District, bounded by Gaston, Drayton, Whitaker, and Park Avenue. Free and open 24 hours. The fountain is at the north end of the park, about 5 minutes from the Bull Street parking area.

For the fountain with park framing: 35-50mm, f/8-f/11 for depth from fountain to tree canopy. Long exposure for the fountain water: ISO 100, f/16, 1-2 seconds with a 3-stop ND filter for silky water in daylight. Morning light: shoot at 1/10-1/2 for slight water blur.
