This is the working library of locations we’ve photographed and written field guides for. Each entry covers vantage points, best times, gear notes, and access details we wish we’d known before showing up. Use it to plan a shoot, not to scroll through generic listicles.

How to use this library

Pick a region or a specific location below. Each guide is built from a real visit and updated when conditions change — trail closures, new permits, parking changes, hours. If a location isn’t listed yet, we haven’t shot it in a way we trust enough to publish.

Carbon fiber, packs to 15 inches, holds steady in wind off the coast. Essential for blue-hour and long-exposure work.

Circular polarizer (77mm or 82mm)
Cuts haze, deepens sky, reveals texture in water. Non-negotiable for landscape work.

Cold weather and long exposures eat batteries. Carry triple what you think you need.
